Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason you will be notified by email and your credit card will be refunded. If your item is on back order, your call will not be charged until the item becomes available for delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY Items purchased on www.ingodstimepiece.com are eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment. Some rules apply. How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition and have all original packaging in order to be returned, except in cases where there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email customerservice@ingodstimepiece.com to request a refund. 2. Mail your returned item to:
Gotch, LLC Exchanges We do not refund the return shipping and handling cost on exchanges and you are responsible to pay return shipping except in cases of a manufacturer’s defect. If your return is for a manufacturer’s defect, you will be refunded the shipping cost upon receipt of the item.
SHIPPING POLICY
A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (based on the shipping method you selected).
IMPORTANT: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping and Handling Rates The rate charged for the shipping and handling has been added to the cost of each item in order to pass on the greatest amount of savings to you.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect? We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

How Is My Information Used? Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
